Creative Direction throughout - guidance on what images work well for storytelling, what is essential to capture for editorial, and how to position the project for your end goals
30 professionally captured & edited images (with the option to add more)
Up to 8 hours of on-site photography at one location
File handling, processing, editing & retouching included
High-resolution print files and low-resolution web files supplied
Each room shot specifically for the camera and the brief – with horizontal website images, detailed vignette shots, and portrait-style images for social media & editorial applications
A handful of natural portraits alongside interiors, perfect for features and brand presence
The option for sunrise or sunset imagery to capture your project in its best light
5 professional still video clips of key moments for reels and social storytelling
Usage rights – single non-exclusive image licence for your business (marketing, PR, website & socials). Upgrade available to multi-share if trades/suppliers want to contribute. Editorial submissions included at no extra charge.

Looking to share the shoot cost with others? You’ll need to upgrade to a cost share license package for - $1298 + GST
The perfect option for gaining you maximum exposure and keeping costs down. Split the cost of the shoot with other suppliers + trades involved. The images may be used across all of your marketing, PR, website and Socials.
This upgrade allows you to share and split the cost with up to 4 other businesses. If you require more licenses please let me know.
