Hosted in person at the stunning Talm Beach House Anna Bay, Nat Spada, the photographer and owner behind Nat Spada Photography (formerly The Palm Co), will share her steps to capturing the home - the design, the details and the lifestyle.

LIVE DEMONSTRATION - How to style and shoot for the camera

Time to practice! Start capturing stunning images of Talm and asking Nat all your questions as you go.

EDITING - Time to show you where the magic happens in post production

What you can expect:

This intimate workshop provides an introduction to the fundamental tips and techniques for taking beautiful editorial and lifestyle photography, specifically for interiors and architecture. We cover the three areas that make a beautiful photo - styling, photography and editing.

During this very practical, hands on workshop, Nat will help you to navigate all the decisions you need to make along the way in order to capture a beautiful shot, including what are the best lenses to use, when is the best time of day to photography interiors, what are some great props for styling a kitchen, what’s the best aperture for a particular shot, how to change your camera settings to suit the lighting and so much more. With exclusive access to a luxury boutique accommodation space to practice your photography - You will leave with approximately 2-3 beautifully captured and edited, high resolution images (and plenty of other captured shots to edit in your own time based on the skills and techniques learned)

We all know professional images are great for magazine submissions, award submissions, editorial features, websites, print marketing, PR and so much more! We also know that you can never have too much beautiful imagery.
This is a great option if you are wanting to get into the Interior Photography Industry, you work in a creative industry and want to capture your projects and create regular content for your social media, or you are simply interested in taking beautiful photos of your home!


You will leave feeling equipped to confidently create and capture beautiful imagery! 

What you will need:

  • SLR Camera, DSLR Camera, or Mirrorless Camera of sorts 

  • Lenses (50mm, 24-70mm, 16-35mm) - this is just a guide to get the most out of your photography but feel free to contact us for more information in regards to hiring equipment for the day, or to discuss the lenses you may already have

  • Tripod

  • OPTIONAL: Laptop and / or iPad
