Please note for shoots outside of Sydney, NSW there may be a small travel fee, this will be determined at the time of booking as it varies per location. This cost will include time in travel, car hire, and /or accomodation where relevant. 

Interior + Architectural

Exclusively Photography

We understand not everyone needs editorial styling, whether you have organised your own stylist, or you are doing it yourself, this is the perfect option for you! One of our experienced professional Interior + Architectural Photographers will capture your project to its full potential, following your brief as well as our creative and trained eye. We still want to ensure you get the most out of your professional photos, so if required, we will provide you with our recommended guidelines for presenting the home prior to the shoot, with all our best editorial styling tips to add the finishing touches to your space prior to our arrival. 

Please note, these packages do not include the supply of any styling props. (These packages below are inclusive of a Standard Non-Exclusive Image Usage Licence for one business in which the images are ONLY to be used for your own marketing, PR, website and Socials. Not to be distributed to other businesses).

Photography - 15 Images

$2595 + GST

    • 15 Images - Professionally Captured and Edited

    • Usage - Standard Non-Exclusive Image Licence - License is only for one business with permitted use to use them across your own marketing, PR, website and Socials. Not to be distributed. (To purchase additional Licences and view our cost share option, please view our Add On’s)

    • OPTIONAL: Shout out to your business on our Instagram on Shoot Day via a sneak peak behind the scenes story!

    • OPTIONAL: 15 Minute Phone call to discuss your photoshoot prior to the shoot day

  • Cost Share Image License Option - Each additional License can be purchased at $778 + GST per business to obtain their own Non-Exclusive License.

    The total cost may then be split amongst all parties licensed. The perfect option for gaining you maximum exposure and keeping costs down.

    Unlimited Non - Exclusive License for Product Based Businesses - $1038+ GST

    If you are a product based business and would like to distribute the images to your stockists and suppliers you will need to upgrade to our unlimited license.

    ADDITIONAL IMAGES - $80 + GST

    Additional images may be added to your pack at $80 per image + GST

    VIDEOGRAPHY - If you wish to have Videography of your project, we work with some amazing professional videographers. Please let us know at the time of booking and we can recommend some industry experts to capture the video side of your project.

    STYLING - Please notify us if you would like styling and we can recommend one of our industry expert stylists that we work alongside regularly.

    72 Hour EDITING RUSH FEE - $450 + GST If you know that you have a short turn around time when booking, please notify us at the time of booking so we can prioritise you editing to meet your deadline without the cost of a rush fee. However, we know that things pop up last minute, so this option can be added last minute, which allows us to work overtime to meet your deadline.

    • Suited to large projects, however can be suitable for small projects if there is a lot of detail to capture or you are collaborating with brands who require more imagery

Upgrade to our Cost Share Image Licence option - It’s not ideal for every trade to organise their own photographer - it’s inconvenient for yourself and for your client to disrupt their lives over multiple days. This is why we have our Cost Share Image License option. We have the perfect option for you and it’s our most popular option with our clients! Frequently asked questions

  • Yes, we bring an iPad to almost all shoots. If this is something you would like please let us know at the time of booking and we can ensure we bring it with us.

  • The Palm Co PTY LTD (T/A Nat Spada Photography) retains all copyright and intellectual property rights in all photographs and images provided. You, the client, are granted a standard non-exclusive license for use, unless discussed otherwise.

  • All of our packages include one standard license for one business. We offer two options for other businesses wanting to retain a copy of the image.

    1. You can Upgrade to a Cost Share License and split the cost with them at the beginning. It is an additional 30% per license but it makes it cheaper for you to split the cost.

    2. They can reach out to us directly to purchase a license to the images at a per image rate.

  • We have styled shoots for years, however our focus is now solely on photography and capturing the project at its best. We now work alongside some of the industry’s best professional editorial stylists and would be happy to recommend one that is most suited to your project requirements.

  • Things always work seamlessly when you work with people you know. We are not professional videographers, however we have worked alongside some of the industry’s best videographers and can put you in touch with these industry professionals. Please just let us know at the time of booking.

  • We will store your images for 6 months, however after that we cannot guarantee that we will have your images on file. It is best your download and store them in at least 2 places on your own devices for safe keeping.

  • Within 72 hours of the shoot, you will be sent a proof sheet of the raw, unedited images, from which you can make your image selections based on the package you have booked. From here please allow up to 21 working days for us to professionally, edit and retouch your images to the high quality you can see in our portfolio. You will then be sent the link to your Final Images in both High Resolution for Print Purposes and Web Resolution for digital upload, via either Dropbox or Google Drive. From here we ask that you download and save them to your own devices as we do not store images for more than 12 months.

  • Additional images may be purchased after the shoot. These are $80 per image + GST or alternative we may upgrade you to the next package if that works out more cost effective.

    We aim to store all RAW images of our hard drives for 6 months, within that time you may want to purchase more images, please just let us know.

    Please keep in mind that occasionally technology fails and hard drives may corrupt, so whilst we aim to keep them available, we cannot be held responsible for any files that are not recoverable. So we do recommend purchasing any additional images as soon as possible after your shoot to guarantee delivery.

  • A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. The final 50% payment is then due prior to handover of final image files.

  • We know it’s important to keep the quality of images of your products consistent across all stockists, but we also know it’s often hard for them to get access to beautiful properties to capture imagery that makes your product stand out. Insitu images help products sell best! For that reason, we have created an upgrade package specifically for you. You can find this in the ‘Optional Add On’s’ in each package. This Unlimited Non-Exclusive License allows you to distribute the images to all those who stock your brand.


  • Yes! We have a network of industry publishers both online and in print that we can pitch your project too. There is a small fee for this service to cover the time involved, please let us know at the time of booking if this is something you are interested in.

    Whilst we can put you in front of the right eyes, please note that features in publications are not guaranteed. It is dependent on the publications specific requirements as to whether your project is suitable for them to feature in their publication.
