A styled space can be the make or break between an ok photo and a great (Pinterest worthy) shot!

This is where we can really make you stand out in the industry! Whether its for award submission, magazine submission, or simply just to take the photography of your project to the next level, sometimes you need to give the interior spaces of your property that something extra to get them ready for editorial photography.

We have been styling homes for more than 10 years, and have built relationships with so many wonderful industry suppliers of beautiful furniture, decor, and florals, we can source all styling items to make your property picture ready, sourcing all items to suit your brief and to compliment your design.

Includes editorial styling for all spaces being photographed from soft decor to large furniture items. Includes two bunches of fresh greenery - additional foliage or plant hire will be quoted at the time of booking, based on the brief.

PHOTOGRAPHY

• 40 Images - Professionally Captured and Edited

• Up to 8 hours of Onsite Photography

• File Handling Image Processing, Editing, Retouching

• High Resolution Print files supplied

• Low Resolution Web files supplied

• Each room will be shot based on the brief - often including horizontally for web sites, detail/vignette shots, and portrait magazine style images for social media & editorial applications.

• Usage - Unlimited Image Licence - let’s get your images out there! You may distribute the images to others trades and suppliers involved to be used across all marketing, PR, website and Socials for all businesses involved. You may also choose to split the cost with others involved to keep costs down.

• Shout out to your business on our Instagram on Shoot Day via a sneak peak behind the scenes story!

STYLING

• A dedicated Professional Stylist allocated to your project

• Depending on location - we will do a Site visit OR have a 30 minute Zoom call prior to your shoot to discuss styling

• Moodboard / Concept Proposal for the overall vision for the shoot styling

• Access to our network of industry suppliers variety of on trend designer styling pieces to complement your project

• Pre shoot sourcing and prep of props

• One day install styling onsite on shoot day (or the day prior if discussed)

• Post Shoot pack up and return of props

• Logistics of any furniture or prop deliveries

MARKETING

• Submission of Images to our Network of Editorial Publications - putting your work infront of the right industry eyes

• Project Feature on both our Instagram Platform + Our Website under ‘The Edit’ - our online portfolio of work spotlighting your company and providing a backlink to your website to increase traffic and raise brand awareness

Please Note: As the styling requirements vary for each project, this pricing excludes any hire fees for larger items. We do our best to loan from suppliers with no fee’s however at times there may be hire fees pending the scope of work. This will be provided once we have a clearer indication of the overall scope of work for your project.

ADDITIONAL IMAGES Unlimited Image Licence - $75 + GST

Additional images may be added to your pack at $75 per image + GST

FLORIST BUDGET - TBC once Scope of work has been discussed

VIDEOGRAPHY - Please see our ‘Videography’ section if you wish to add our Videography services to this package (and what a perfect pairing it would be!)

EDITING RUSH FEE - $450 + GST If you know that you have a short turn around time when booking, please notify us at the time of booking so we can prioritise you editing to meet your deadline without the cost of a rush fee. However, we know that things pop up last minute, so this option can be added last minute, which allows us to work overtime to meet your deadline.
